01

BEFORE YOU OFFER A TIME

Confirm needs & availability

Start a real conversation. Learn who is coming, what they hope to achieve and what support they need; then check your teaching qualifications and availability.

A

The actual students

Ask for each student’s name and age or age group. Confirm whether the requested session is part of the Kids Master Program. The purchaser may be booking for someone else.

B

Discipline, level & goals

Confirm skiing or snowboarding, current ability, previous experience and what the student hopes to work on. Avoid relying only on broad labels such as “beginner”.

C

Resort, date & full time slot

Confirm the resort, date and start–end time, then check your full availability. Read the resort restrictions below before offering the location or time.

D

Your teaching authorisation

Check your instructor level, the relevant age-group authorisation and whether you can teach the requested session. If the match is unclear, ask TXSNOW Customer Service before confirming it.

CHECK BEFORE YOU RECOMMENDImportant resort restrictions

Check the resort rules before offering a date or meeting point. These restrictions affect whether and how the session can take place.

TXSNOW instruction is available Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. For weekends or holidays, recommend another authorised partner resort.

DM

The client provides the instructor’s lift ticket

Review the latest resort notices on the session purchase page.

YOUR SERVICE ADVANTAGEWhy choose a TXSNOW instructor?

Listen first. Learn what matters to this client through a natural conversation, then explain how the service supports their goals. Use these points in your own words.

01

Before the session · someone is always within reach

A dedicated group connects the client, instructor and TXSNOW Support. Meeting details, preparation and updates stay in one place, with a clear way to reach the right person.

02

During the session · progress you can see

For regular and Kids Master sessions, three videos and a group photo capture the learning experience and give students and families something concrete to review.

03

After the session · post-session feedback and a voice

Post-session feedback helps the student understand their progress and next steps. Instructor ratings give clients a way to share their experience.

04

The next session · continuity through CRM

The CRM customer-management system brings together the student’s information and learning record. If the student changes instructors, the next instructor can understand their level, progress and goals before teaching.

Connect each benefit to what the client tells you: reassurance for a first session, visible progress for a parent, or continuity when changing instructors.

Ready for Step 2 when: the student, session needs, resort and full time slot are clear, and you have checked your qualifications and availability.

02

THE ORDER & THE STUDENTS

Help the customer purchase

Send the session purchase page, help the customer choose the appropriate product and have them pay through the TXSNOW platform.

A

Help select the right product

Use the needs confirmed in Step 1 to check the session category, discipline, relevant age group, instructor level and session duration. Ask Customer Service about any unclear options.

B

Use platform payment

Guide the customer through the TXSNOW purchase page and confirm the email used for the order. Support will use that email to locate the order and check the session hours.

D

Ask for completion screenshots

Tell the customer they will need to post both completion screenshots in the session group. If several students are involved, make it clear which student each pair belongs to.

Ready for Step 3 when: the platform order can be identified, the actual students are clear, and the customer knows how to complete and share confirmation of both forms.

03

CUSTOMER + INSTRUCTOR + TXSNOW

Create the group & confirm the booking

Create a WeChat or WhatsApp session group with the customer and TXSNOW Support. Give Support the order email and the agreed session date and start–end time to locate the order and record the hours.

A

Two details for Support

Post the email used for the order and the agreed session date and start–end time. Support can use them to locate the order and record the session hours.

B

Tag TXSNOW Customer Service

Ask Customer Service to check the order and record the session hours. Payment is one part of the process; the actual session arrangements also need to be checked and recorded in the group.

D

Check the person behind the order

Match the submitted details to the actual student, including the name, age group, discipline and important pre-session information. Resolve missing or inconsistent details in the group.

KEEP EVERYONE IN THE LOOP

Any change? Update the group.

Rescheduling, substitute instructors, a different student and extra session time all need a group update with Customer Service tagged. If you agree something privately with the customer, post it in the group too.

01

Rescheduling

State the original and proposed date / start–end time, and tag Customer Service to update the booking in line with the applicable policy.

02

Substitute instructor

State the original and replacement instructor and whether the student, resort or time also changes. Ask Customer Service to update the record.

03

Different student

Identify the original and replacement student, recheck the teaching and age-group match, and check the new student’s current-season forms.

04

Extra session time

State the original and revised start–end time and the extra session hours. Ask Customer Service to confirm the order / payment arrangements and update the hours.

Posting a change does not override the applicable rescheduling policy or teaching authorisation requirements. Resolve the details with Customer Service.
